😇 How rituals raise vibrations
Ed 87: Daily In-Pulse TL;DR To vibrate higher sustainably, your rituals will take you places. Rituals will generally include two to three good habits performed together in a time period!
Hey #fellowhighbrator, how are you feeling today? I had one of the best nights of sleep after quite some time. Since the start of the pandemic, one thing that has disrupted my life to some extent is my sleep cycle. It just feels extra nice when you had a good day and then a good night of sleep! Btw, what has been the biggest disrupter in your life since the pandemic? Anyways, I am celebrating around three months of publishing the daily In-Pulse newsletter! A lot of you have vibed with what I create every day! Thank you for sharing that you find this newsletter helpful to you.
My aim and objective during the time I started was to add more positivity to the world. This would only add to my overall mission of Highbrate ~ to send a high-vibe impulse to the cosmos. At that time, there was a lot of overwhelm going around (to at least where I live with the second wave of the pandemic). I wanted to do my part by transforming my newsletter from weekly to daily. I never imagined I would be able to write about so many topics consistently to help you raise your vibrations. It has helped me transform in many ways for sure too. As I reflect on the last three months, the in-Pulse newsletter has played a major role in how I feel about myself. Thank you for being a part of this beautiful journey!
☄️ What’s Vibing Today
Do you remember the last time you had a completely packed schedule with one thing lined up after the other? Remember how stressed you felt? What if that presentation doesn’t go as planned? What if the meeting takes a wrong turn? What if…what if…what if…and some more what-ifs.
We all have those days when we have to get so much done that we can’t find a moment to breathe. We often get overwhelmed and start to fret about all possible outcomes, focusing mainly on the negative ones. And as a result of constant worrying and overworking our brains, we end up overwhelming ourselves.
I have realized, when these days do happen, all your planned high-vibe routines go for a toss! Even when the days are not that stressful, most of the time routines are something that I for sure find hard to stick to. Well, you might wonder that routines will help you to build habits but that’s totally not true! I am on my way to building life-long superior habits with the help of rituals.
Some of the daily rituals that I have been (re)designing into my life in the last one month:
🌟 Starting my day by writing and gaining clarity on my daily planner, scheduling time for my most important activities, and creating big-time blocks for personal time and well being
🌟 Writing from my workplace overlooking the blue (mostly cloudy) sky every afternoon before and after lunch and publishing the newsletter, improving my spiritual connection with my spirit guides by reading and writing the tarot
🌟 Filling a bottle full of water, and going to my balcony to sip water and read every late afternoon
🌟 Spending 10-15 minutes in Nature either in the morning or evening, and getting my body work out and mindfulness meditation complete
🌟 Schedule night time only for complete relaxation, movies/ shows, coloring, or just talking with loved ones
I have also been designing my weekly/ bi-weekly/ and monthly rituals. For example, connecting with my wealth manager every month to review and refocus my investments, taking a nature walk trail every week or two weeks, having family dinners every week or two weeks, etc.
The best part about a ritual is that you are able to club two-three good building habits in the one-time frame. This allows you to remain flexible while getting a lot of things done right for your body, mind, soul. Continuing to adding things that you really wish to do adds a lot of positive vibrations into your lifetime.
You change your life when you set rituals, not routines. You don’t design your successful life with your routine, you set rituals to design a new successful life. Rituals have helped me spent the last 6 months, try and enforce new goals and habits to optimize productivity and get work done. Building rituals has helped me embrace, take responsibility, and put into consistent practice over the months week that has completely shifted the way I view goals altogether! Rituals work at the moment - routines work just for the day!

King of Pentacles
The King of Pentacles is basking in its Glory. It says you are now at a moment in your life where you're enjoying what you have. You are grateful and in the moment and releasing everything that you've achieved.
The pentacle energy is all about wealth and stability. The king of pentacles is a wealthy man and is happy at where he is in his life. It shows wisdom and knowledge. A sense of justice, calmness, happiness, and a sense of security.
Also, know that the spirit is always there with you to guide you on your life journey. You are already an abundant being. Spirit is asking you to stay grateful for all your abundance. When you accept where you are and be grateful for it you achieve more.
The king of pentacles shows overflowing material abundance, patience and determination, a warm leader providing for others, comfort and security, personal growth, prosperity, and success. You are reaching your goals soon and success is waiting for you.
The most important thing is to enjoy. Enjoy your lessons, success, challenges, failures, and everything that you have experienced so far. Be clear on where you want to be. Your results are a consequence of faith, steady habits, and courage to cultivate enormous dreams. Dream your biggest reality into life.

🌈 High-Vibe Bites
💯 Yesterday was an amazing day! I hit all my targets and action items with quality. I build all my habits. I performed all the rituals wonderfully. I had a lot of time to connect with my loved ones. I had a nice sleep. In short - it was a perfect day! I slept in so much peace and with a loud snore (this was communicated to me). One take-away from my 100 Days Life Project is that it takes time for you to get to that perfect dream day. It doesn’t happen on day 1 and it may never happen again. However, imagine when you start to model and live all your days like your one perfect day. Your perfect day today becomes a normal day tomorrow. Don’t you think that’s a high vibration shift already? Don’t you think you will have plenty of opportunities to grow from there too? It takes time and patience to get to your dream day. And it takes even more time and effort to build your dream days sustainably over a long period of time. However, when one such day does come, it gives you hope and belief that you have the ability to change your life and personally transform. Btw, what is your perfect dream day? How can you get there?
☀️ Today is bright and sunny again! The Sun in Leo is shining bright. Welcome sunshine. It just gets so beautiful from late afternoon, when the Sun gets shining with an orange color vibe, the trees shine bright green, the white clouds have Ultra HD clarity, and then you suddenly see white birds and multi-colored butterflies! On my #Day41of100DaysofJoy, I continue to take a long walk in the park, feel the perfect mix of the cold breeze and warm sunlight on my face, and do my workouts and mindfulness meditation. The joy is in the moment! Btw, I am spending 10-15 mins every day in Nature and the Sun for the next 100 days as it gives me immense joy! What activity brings you joy?
