😇 The 1-3 DWM framework (this changes everything)

Hey #fellowhighbrator - to raise your vibrations, you have to constantly work on personal transformation. And, when it comes to personal transformation, you don’t have to add anything new. Most of it is about letting go. I always like to take the example of a hot air balloon. The tied ropes keep the balloon to the ground. Once you cut the ropes, the balloon rises higher. I have been noticing a very toxic habit for months now that I have been guided to shift. The Solstice energy has definitely helped me transform. I have been applying a personal framework that has helped me let go of a lot of things in the past. Today, I am on day 4 and I feel so accomplished already. Around 9 years back, I was a heavy chain smoker.Â
With a rise in my spiritual growth in the last 6 years, I became 100% aware of this limitation.
I wanted to give up this addiction. And come back to my full energy.Â
However, it took me around 4 years, 7 months, and 17 (not sure if this accurate) days to let go of this habit forever. And this happened with 11 attempts.
It wasn't easy at all.Â
I tried to let go, and then fall apart, and started smoking again. Smoking is one of the hardest addictions to break.
An addiction can also be termed a bad habit.
I failed and tried again. And then again.Â
Until I was 100% successful. And there was one method that in the end, really helped me to get rid of it.Â
You must have heard it takes 21 days to start a habit and 90 days to build a lifestyle.Â
I wanted to build a lifestyle without nicotine or tobacco.Â
I thought a lot about how I can let go of it for 90 days. I was literally counting hours to quit. And then it became extremely difficult too.Â
I would quit for around 40 hours, and then give in. I would then again quit for 30 hours and then give in. This back and forth happened a lot!
Finally, I made a goal to quit this for 90 days. Not to focus on hours, but to just let go of it for 90 days.Â
This was extremely ambitious for me, considering it was difficult to even quit for a day. However, that's where I started and then reverse-engineered.Â
I was very good at setting business goals. I applied something very similar to this in breaking this addictive habit too.Â
Stay patient with the vision. Stay impatient with the task.
It was very simple - I made this 90 days as a vision. Then I figured out how to focus on the short term - that is today.Â
I was already starting to feel a good connection with my spirituality. I meditated on this and intuitively came up with a framework.
I call this the 1-3 DWM Framework. You can apply this to break or build anything in your life.Â
Here is how it goes:

Why this is powerful: This framework allows you to:
Stay in the present,
Focus on today
Feel accomplished and hopeful of changeÂ
Have this as a check box and keep looking to tick the checkbox off. This milestone-based framework focuses on achieving quick results as well as feeling hopeful and achievable of change for the long-term.
Day 1: Your focus for today is just to do the needful for this day. When you get this done for a day, you can get it done every other day. Start small, and focus just on today. Once you do it for the day, you already have a rock mark in the checkbox and are already 16.67% though with your goal. How amazing that feels!Â
Day 3: Reaching the third-day mark is the most difficult. However, it's just 2 days away. All you need to do is focus on two kore days and have that out of your way too. You have already reached 33% of your goal completed when you tick off day 3.
Week 1: This is the biggest test. However, you only have 4 more days to tick of your third milestone and get to 50% of your goal complete! Since you've already done this for 3 days, getting it done for the next 4 days is relatively easier.Â
Week 3: This marks the first 21 days! Congratulations, you have built a habit. Since you've already done this for a week, doing it for another two weeks becomes much easier. Once you tick the Week 3 off, you are slowly achieving your goal and are much closer to it than you feel. You are already 66% through it.Â
Month 1: This gets very easy to accomplish now. Since you've already done this for 3 weeks, all you need to do is get it done for another week. You're now 83.33% through your goal.Â
Month 3: Since you've done this for a month, all you need to do is adopt for another two months. This is not going to be a breeze. However, since you are already 5/6 milestones checked from your framework, you stay motivated to complete this. Be patient and get this done. The more you love closer to the days, the easier it gets. Tick off your 3-month mark and you've built a new lifestyle.Â
It has been more than 3 years now since I've quit. The reason this framework is powerful is that it understands how difficult and important the initial milestones are. Usually, the first day, the third day, and the first week has the highest resistance. That's why these milestones are important.
It also helps you to focus on the short term and get this done at the moment. It allows you to go through this day by day. And help you succeed in the long term.Â
As I mentioned earlier, I am working on something that is toxic for me personally and I am on Day 4 today. It makes me feel I will let go of it easily as I am already more than 33% through!

This tree is magical. I was walking down the path to a park. However, a flower (with an amazing smell) nudged me to stop. I looked at this tree and was mesmerized!
