😇 Keep track of your food
Ed 81: Daily In-Pulse TL;DR Change to a high vibe diet in a food diary. Keep a track of the food that you have eaten for the last two weeks and the food that you will eat for the next two weeks.
Hey #fellowhighbrator, Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I hope you are well and this email brings you high vibes. Today morning, I was reflecting a lot about Monday mornings. I was wondering what would my ideal Monday morning look like. It would definitely start indefinitely slow, possibly on a pool with Sunlight and birds. Anyways. My sun is in Aries. Usually, on Mondays, my mind races faster than my body. It makes me feel anxious about all the action items that I need to complete. However, one activity really helped me yesterday on Sunday. And that is a weekly plan. To help ease the anxiety that Monday morning was giving me, I planned all the important stuff for the week yesterday. I also had the privilege to add “slowness” to my Monday morning. No forced workouts. Nothing was forced. I gave myself to wake up slow and easy, and connect with my family with a warm cup of tea. I feel good that it’s acceptable to have a slow day today.
☄️ What’s Vibing Today
You can have higher or lower vibrations by the quality of fuel you are providing to your body - your food. You can entirely shift your whole diet and transform it into a high vibration diet by simply writing your food intake. Simply writing down your food habits will send signals to your subconscious to eat right.
This is something that you can easily follow in a food journal. A food journal will help you become:
Mindful of your eating cravings
Balanced with the kind of foods you are eating
Organized with the amount of food you are taking
Aware of the time period and time intervals between different kinds of food
Here is what you can do to keep a track of your food:
1. Note down everything you eat for a period of two weeks
The most basic thing to do is to drink more water. Yes, water is the most essential fluid for our body. Make it a habit this week to drink water. You can track drinking 2 liters of water every day for the week.
While you track your water, also begin to consciously track what you eat. If you can go into detail as to how much you eat, that’s even better. Just make sure to write it down on a weekly tracker everything you had eaten.
Writing down your food and what you plan to eat will help you understand your eating habits and patterns. You can also go one step further in tracking the reasons why you ate certain kinds of foods. This helps you understand your food patterns. Keeping a food journal or a food diary is an extremely effective way to trigger changes to your food.
2. Plan everything you will eat for the next two weeks
Once you have an understanding of your food patterns for a certain period of time, the next step is to plan your food in advance. Understand all your eating patterns and identify the types of food that you can easily replace. For example, switching something as simple as processed sugar with natural honey makes the difference.
Planning your food in advance will help you consciously make better food choices. When you decide what you will have on a specific part of the day, you force yourself to act on what you plan. Of course, make sure to leave room to fill certain types of cravings. Also, look forward to replacing slowly and steadily.
End of the day, good food will help you feel satisfied. Measure your satisfaction with every meal. You will know what and when to change. Keep building on this for three months and watch you and your body transform into a fit, healthy, and high-vibration person.

You are generous and patient with people around you. Focus on yourself and your self love. Work on your solar plexus chakra.
Nine of cups represents the Universe gifting you what you desire, manifesting dreams, gratitude, and abundance. This is a wish card. What have you been wishing for? Allow yourself to experience how fullfilling a journey can be. Try and fill laughter and give blessings that is needed for your next phase of your life. Practice gratitude for the manifestation of your dreams. This is an auspicious message of prosperity and harmony in getting what you desire. Remain grateful for all the gifts that are coming your way.

💯 The 21-Day mark is an important milestone for you to track your long-term goals. What is even more important is for you to review your progress and make the necessary changes on what’s working and what’s not. I spent some time yesterday measuring my progress. When you work on multiple things together, it is natural for you to make rapid strides in one area and lose track in the other. A major part of working holistically is to make sure all areas of your life are moving together. There were certain aspects that were not working well. Review your progress will help you make the necessary shifts. I feel more confident than ever after reviewing my 100 Days Life Project. I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. A lot of scope for iterations. End of the day, it helps you move forward in life at a faster pace.
☀️ When was the last time you were conscious of a certain kind of action? When you are conscious, it helps you to feel the moment completely. It helps you feel the actions in totality. This happened to me. I went out early evening for a walk to the grocery store. And suddenly I felt the Sun shining brightly on my face. And when that happened, I felt the moment. I connected with bright Nature. I connected and felt this magical divine moment in totality. This wasn’t planned. This wasn’t my regular planned #Day35of100DaysofJoy walk. It was a random walk. However, the universe called me to feel the moment. And then, guess what? I took a detour to the park and continued to feel joy at the moment. Btw, for the next 100 days, I am spending at least 10 minutes in Nature and the Sun as it gives me immense joy. What activity brings you deep immense joy?
