😇 How to help people consistently
Ed 72: Daily In-Pulse TL;DR It usually takes committed consistent action to truly help someone. I share 7 steps to go from no results to slowly pile exponential results with consistency.

☄️ What’s Vibing Today
Have you been guided lately to help people heal? Or just generally, help?
The biggest reason you have not been able to move from point A (where you are) to point B (where you want to be) is the lack of consistent action. Consistency is something I have personally struggled with - especially creating valuable content for Highbrate. One of the biggest reasons why I have struggled with being consistent is the lack of immediate results.
Have you heard of this before - 6 months of focus will shift you 5 years ahead in life? That's usually what it takes. I have seen stories of people starting with no results to slowly piling exponentially on results with consistency.
Trust me when I say this - I was in the same boat as you with inconsistent work for 4 years, and I know it sucks and is frustrating. But when I looked deep within, the reason was me. My lack of consistent work. That's when I reflected a lot, during my last week in Dec 2020 and came up with a framework of my own. It has helped me do so much since January 2021 already. Here it goes:
1. Understand the purpose:
Start with why. Why is it that you want to create something valuable? Whatever is the reason that draws you to work on a dream, fuel it constantly. Make posters of your dreams and your purpose. Have it imprinted in your subconscious.
2. Ask why you're not consistent:
Usually, the biggest reason you are not consistent is a self-limiting belief. This has nothing to do with your capabilities, but what you think the results might be. Becoming frustrated by expecting results too soon was my challenge. I am looking to do away with the outcome and enjoy the process. I understand it’s not easy.
3. Make a commitment:
This is extremely important. Once you have your purpose and your reason for not being aligned, make a commitment. Establish a time period and frequency of work to deliver. This can be at your convenience and whatever works for you. Daily/ twice a week/ Weekly/ Bi-Weekly/ Monthly/ Once in three months, whatever it is. Just commit and deliver. My newsletter is now delivered daily. I was not well the last week, yet just got up and put this out as I had made a commitment. Now, there you go, there’s your inspiration to act.
4. Reverse Engineer:
What is it that you want to achieve with your work? Have an end goal in mind and break it down into time periods. The best way it works for me is a 12-month goal and review every 3 months. Then understand what needs to be done each week in the 3 month period. There you have it - you know what to do now with a clear, focused direction. Personally, I am shifting to having 100 Day Life Projects, and reviewing them every month. This is because my plans get too dynamic. Again, whatever works for you.
5. Start small:
The easiest way to become consistent is to start small. I had baby steps written down as my daily targets. There came a point where I thought I could do much more daily. The best part is this realization came in when I had already started to become consistent. Now, I get much more done on a daily basis. Small steps lead to great mountains. And the most difficult step to take is the first one.
6. List your daily 3 and write your weekly goals:
This is really helping me stay accountable for my goals. To know what you need to accomplish during the week, and set the three most important tasks for the day, you will slowly begin to become consistent. This has helped me immensely. Once you tick items every day, it’s a snowball effect with huge momentum on your side!
7. Organize your work in a planner and schedule:
Last year, my biggest focus for 2021 was to become organized and stay consistent. I was all over the place, doing multiple things and achieving nothing. That’s when my friend suggested a life planner to me for 2021. This is by far the best New Year gift I have received. It helped me organize all my thoughts, and keeps a track of my daily activities, tasks, habits, weekly goals, gratitude list, and monthly review. I am looking forward to seeing how much I achieve by the end of 2021. It’s never late, start life planning in a planner today.

The vibe I am receiving is that of thinking and reflection. Spirit asks you to think about your next course of action for your business or your career. It's important to sit down and plan on how you want to play the field.
It says you already have acquired some really valuable skill sets, and have also reached a milestone or some position lately. Maybe one of your business goals has concluded or you have received a promotion.
Spirit also tells me to listen to your intuition, your angels, and your divine support for certain answers. Trust that the divine always wants what's best for you. You have different goals in mind. Reflect on the path that will give the most value.
Choose the best option with an open mind and an open heart. A clear heart and a clear mind will allow you to speak the truth always.
Spirit says that you are already a thought leader and are making wise unbiased decisions. Communicate with integrity and honesty and be direct in seeking the truth. Be honest in your relationships and bring clear head reasoning to the table.
🌈 High-Vibe Bites
I am working on my 100 Days Life Project with an accountable partner. I am realizing how accountability helps you start sustained in the long run. There is a reason why we wish for a supporting life partner. There is a reason why you look for a nice life coach. Staying accountable in an environment where your growth is something that is normal, will help you vibrate higher really fast! My accountable partner for my 100 Days Life Project brought me back on track when I was looking for a deviation. And I feel so happy to stay on this path.
Compounding is real. When you start something positive, you will not notice its effects in the initial days. While reading Atomic Habits today, I realized humans are wired for instant gratification. However, when you work on yourself, you have to accept and understand it’s a long game. My #Day26of100DaysofJoy is strongly helping me realize that. I feel my internal behavior is shifting. For example, on days when I am highly frustrated, I am choosing better to remain quiet in solitude and process it better. I am sure my 100DaysofJoy challenge is slowly helping me shift in all areas of life. For the next 100 days, I am performing one activity that gives me immense joy.
